Si tratta di un esercizio che si esprime in un <strong>movimento circolare della gamba<\/strong>. Ecco i passaggi che ti aiuteranno con la pratica:<\/p>\n<p>1) Sdraiati in posizione supina su un tappetino, distendi le gambe a terra e sistema le braccia lungo i fianchi;<\/p>\n<p>2) Solleva la gamba destra, punta il piede verso il soffitto e disegna dei cerchi nell\u2019aria per cinque volte, prima in senso orario e poi antiorario;<\/p>\n<p>3) Riporta la gamba a terra e ripeti l\u2019esercizio con l\u2019arto opposto, creando dei cerchi in senso antiorario e successivamente invertendo la rotazione.
