header_4_font_size=&#8221;24px&#8221; text_orientation=&#8221;justified&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;|15%||15%|false|false&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Negli ultimi 10 anni le modalit\u00e0 di allenamento si sono modificate notevolmente, sia per le continue scoperte scientifiche, sia per una richiesta differente da parte delle persone che vogliono qualcosa di sempre pi\u00f9 efficace.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sono sicuro che nella tua testa si \u00e8 spesso ripetuta il seguente mantra: \u201cnon ho tempo\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ti capisco, viviamo nell\u2019epoca del \u201ctutto e subito\u201d, perch\u00e9 in fondo il tuo stile di vita \u00e8 basato sull\u2019incastrare lavoro, universit\u00e0, spesa, famiglia, l\u2019animale domestico e magari anche l\u2019ipotetico \u201cimprevisto\u201d che ti fa saltare i programmi in agenda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo so, gli eventi dominano la tua vita e quindi spesso trascuri il tuo benessere: a partire dalla mancata preparazione di pasti equilibrati da consumare durante la giornata, per non parlare dell\u2019allenamento. Avresti bisogno di pi\u00f9 tempo e non riesci ad ottenerlo tra i vari impegni che gi\u00e0 hai. Getti quindi la spugna in partenza, ripetendo questo \u201ccircolo ozioso\u201d all\u2019infinito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sono per\u00f2 sicuro che spesso hai letto o hai sentito parlare di allenamenti veloci e, allo stesso tempo, efficaci.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Allenamenti brevi: funzionano davvero?<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Magari la domanda che ti poni \u00e8: \u201csar\u00e0 una moda passeggera per attirare clienti? Un\u2019operazione di marketing calcolata? Sar\u00e0 realmente efficace?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non voglio annoiarti con argomenti troppo tecnici, ma il Bignami di tutto ci\u00f2 che ti scriver\u00f2 di seguito \u00e8: s\u00ec, esistono tipologie di allenamento che ci permettono in una sessione da 30 minuti di lavoro di ottenere buoni risultati sia in termini di dimagrimento che di aumento del metabolismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diversi studi affermano che allenare i gruppi muscolari pi\u00f9 voluminosi del nostro corpo come gambe, glutei, ecc. con un lavoro breve, ma intenso, promuove un aumento della lipolisi, quindi del consumo di grasso, che si protrae fino a 24 ore dopo l\u2019esercizio. Si tratta di un fenomeno che avviene grazie all\u2019 EPOC (consumo di ossigeno post esercizio).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per poter attivare questo \u201cmeccanismo energetico\u201d si utilizzano allenamenti come l\u2019HIIT o il Tabata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La metodica HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) si fonda sulla ciclica alternanza di esercizi ad alta e bassa intensit\u00e0.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se desideri ottenere il massimo da questo tipo di allenamento, dovresti dotarti di un cardiofrequenzimetro, poich\u00e9 durante la fase a bassa intensit\u00e0 la frequenza cardiaca dovrebbe raggiungere il 60\/70% della frequenza cardiaca massima. A questa fase, che pu\u00f2 durare qualche minuto, segue uno scatto massimale che ti permette di arrivare all\u201980\/90% della frequenza cardiaca massima. Questo scatto deve durare almeno 20-40 secondi, a cui seguir\u00e0 nuovamente la fase a bassa intensit\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se non hai un cardiofrequenzimetro, e non hai intenzione di acquistarlo, impara ad ascoltare il tuo corpo: durante lo scatto il cuore deve battere talmente tanto che lo \u201csentirai in gola\u201d, mentre nella fase blanda devi sentire i battiti scendere, ma non troppo: in fondo ti stai allenando!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un lavoro di questo tipo pu\u00f2 durare soli 20 minuti, potresti svolgere 2\/3 minuti di attivit\u00e0 blanda pi\u00f9 20\/40 secondi di scatto, il tutto ripetuto 8\/10 volte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sulla stessa traccia troviamo la metodica Tabata, che prevede invece un lavoro di 20 secondi al massimo delle tue capacit\u00e0 con un recupero di 10 secondi. Il tutto ripetuto 8 volte, per un totale di 4 minuti di lavoro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Anaerobico o aerobico: qual \u00e8 il miglior allenamento \u201cbrucia grassi\u201d?<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per tanti anni si \u00e8 pensato che l\u2019allenamento aerobico protratto per tempi lunghi (corsa blanda, passeggiata di due ore, etc.) fosse il metodo \u201cbrucia grassi\u201d migliore.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questa cosa chiaramente ha una base scientifica: per demolire le catene di acidi grassi serve l\u2019ossigeno, ergo il lavoro aerobico (con utilizzo di ossigeno) \u00e8 il pi\u00f9 adatto nel raggiungimento di tale scopo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019allenamento HIIT\/Tabata invece \u00e8 di tipo anaerobico, quindi non usa l\u2019ossigeno e il grasso come fonte energetica principale, ma il glucosio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A questo punto so che cosa stai pensando: \u201cma allora l\u2019allenamento pi\u00f9 corretto per perdere peso \u00e8 quello aerobico!\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In realt\u00e0 non \u00e8 cos\u00ec perch\u00e9 si \u00e8 visto che gli Interval Training, oltre al normale dispendio energetico determinato dall\u2019attivit\u00e0, aumentano notevolmente l\u2019EPOC (consumo di ossigeno post esercizio) che comporta a sua volta un innalzamento del metabolismo basale per diverse ore dopo l\u2019allenamento. Fattore decisamente funzionale per il dimagrimento perch\u00e9 non consumi solo mentre fai esercizio, come accade nell\u2019attivit\u00e0 aerobica, ma il corpo, per recuperare, continuer\u00e0 a consumare ossigeno e di conseguenza grassi anche quando sarai seduta sul divano a guardare un film.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ci\u00f2 chiaramente non significa che l\u2019allenamento aerobico non serve pi\u00f9 a nulla, anzi rimane sempre un validissimo allenamento, ma, se hai poco tempo, ora sai come sfruttarlo al meglio. Accompagnale con delle verdure cotte\/passate, come una vellutata di carciofi o una passata di pomodoro e funghi. scientifiche, sia per una richiesta differente da parte delle persone che vogliono qualcosa di sempre pi\u00f9 efficace.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sono sicuro che nella tua testa si \u00e8 spesso ripetuta il seguente mantra: \u201cnon ho tempo\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ti capisco, viviamo nell\u2019epoca del \u201ctutto e subito\u201d, perch\u00e9 in fondo il tuo stile di vita \u00e8 basato sull\u2019incastrare lavoro, universit\u00e0, spesa, famiglia, l\u2019animale domestico e magari anche l\u2019ipotetico \u201cimprevisto\u201d che ti fa saltare i programmi in agenda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo so, gli eventi dominano la tua vita e quindi spesso trascuri il tuo benessere: a partire dalla mancata preparazione di pasti equilibrati da consumare durante la giornata, per non parlare dell\u2019allenamento. Avresti bisogno di pi\u00f9 tempo e non riesci ad ottenerlo tra i vari impegni che gi\u00e0 hai. Getti quindi la spugna in partenza, ripetendo questo \u201ccircolo ozioso\u201d all\u2019infinito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sono per\u00f2 sicuro che spesso hai letto o hai sentito parlare di allenamenti veloci e, allo stesso tempo, efficaci.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Allenamenti brevi: funzionano davvero?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Magari la domanda che ti poni \u00e8: \u201csar\u00e0 una moda passeggera per attirare clienti? Un\u2019operazione di marketing calcolata? Sar\u00e0 realmente efficace?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non voglio annoiarti con argomenti troppo tecnici, ma il Bignami di tutto ci\u00f2 che ti scriver\u00f2 di seguito \u00e8: s\u00ec, esistono tipologie di allenamento che ci permettono in una sessione da 30 minuti di lavoro di ottenere buoni risultati sia in termini di dimagrimento che di aumento del metabolismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diversi studi affermano che allenare i gruppi muscolari pi\u00f9 voluminosi del nostro corpo come gambe, glutei, ecc. con un lavoro breve, ma intenso, promuove un aumento della lipolisi, quindi del consumo di grasso, che si protrae fino a 24 ore dopo l\u2019esercizio. Si tratta di un fenomeno che avviene grazie all\u2019 EPOC (consumo di ossigeno post esercizio).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per poter attivare questo \u201cmeccanismo energetico\u201d si utilizzano allenamenti come l\u2019HIIT o il Tabata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La metodica HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) si fonda sulla ciclica alternanza di esercizi ad alta e bassa intensit\u00e0.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se desideri ottenere il massimo da questo tipo di allenamento, dovresti dotarti di un cardiofrequenzimetro, poich\u00e9 durante la fase a bassa intensit\u00e0 la frequenza cardiaca dovrebbe raggiungere il 60\/70% della frequenza cardiaca massima. A questa fase, che pu\u00f2 durare qualche minuto, segue uno scatto massimale che ti permette di arrivare all\u201980\/90% della frequenza cardiaca massima. Questo scatto deve durare almeno 20-40 secondi, a cui seguir\u00e0 nuovamente la fase a bassa intensit\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se non hai un cardiofrequenzimetro, e non hai intenzione di acquistarlo, impara ad ascoltare il tuo corpo: durante lo scatto il cuore deve battere talmente tanto che lo \u201csentirai in gola\u201d, mentre nella fase blanda devi sentire i battiti scendere, ma non troppo: in fondo ti stai allenando!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un lavoro di questo tipo pu\u00f2 durare soli 20 minuti, potresti svolgere 2\/3 minuti di attivit\u00e0 blanda pi\u00f9 20\/40 secondi di scatto, il tutto ripetuto 8\/10 volte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sulla stessa traccia troviamo la metodica Tabata, che prevede invece un lavoro di 20 secondi al massimo delle tue capacit\u00e0 con un recupero di 10 secondi. Il tutto ripetuto 8 volte, per un totale di 4 minuti di lavoro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Anaerobico o aerobico: qual \u00e8 il miglior allenamento \u201cbrucia grassi\u201d?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per tanti anni si \u00e8 pensato che l\u2019allenamento aerobico protratto per tempi lunghi (corsa blanda, passeggiata di due ore, etc.) fosse il metodo \u201cbrucia grassi\u201d migliore.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questa cosa chiaramente ha una base scientifica: per demolire le catene di acidi grassi serve l\u2019ossigeno, ergo il lavoro aerobico (con utilizzo di ossigeno) \u00e8 il pi\u00f9 adatto nel raggiungimento di tale scopo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019allenamento HIIT\/Tabata invece \u00e8 di tipo anaerobico, quindi non usa l\u2019ossigeno e il grasso come fonte energetica principale, ma il glucosio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A questo punto so che cosa stai pensando: \u201cma allora l\u2019allenamento pi\u00f9 corretto per perdere peso \u00e8 quello aerobico!\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In realt\u00e0 non \u00e8 cos\u00ec perch\u00e9 si \u00e8 visto che gli Interval Training, oltre al normale dispendio energetico determinato dall\u2019attivit\u00e0, aumentano notevolmente l\u2019EPOC (consumo di ossigeno post esercizio) che comporta a sua volta un innalzamento del metabolismo basale per diverse ore dopo l\u2019allenamento. Fattore decisamente funzionale per il dimagrimento perch\u00e9 non consumi solo mentre fai esercizio, come accade nell\u2019attivit\u00e0 aerobica, ma il corpo, per recuperare, continuer\u00e0 a consumare ossigeno e di conseguenza grassi anche quando sarai seduta sul divano a guardare un film.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ci\u00f2 chiaramente non significa che l\u2019allenamento aerobico non serve pi\u00f9 a nulla, anzi rimane sempre un validissimo allenamento, ma, se hai poco tempo, ora sai come sfruttarlo al meglio.
