Allora abbiamo in serbo per te una routine per i tuoi allenamenti outdoor che li render\u00e0 pi\u00f9 efficaci e sicuramente pi\u00f9 dinamici, grazie ad un paio di attrezzi alternativi presi in prestito dall&#8217;arredo urbano.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Gli attrezzi inaspettati dell\u2019allenamento all&#8217;aperto<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se la tua passione \u00e8 la corsa o la camminata conosci bene le sensazioni dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 fisica outdoor. Essere circondati dalla natura e dalla quiete ha un effetto stimolante e salutare su corpo e mente, migliorando l\u2019umore e la concentrazione, facendo bruciare molte calorie e diminuendo lo stato di stress. E, come sai, questi sono solo alcuni dei benefici del movimento all\u2019aria aperta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un altro vantaggio dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 fisica open air \u00e8 la possibilit\u00e0 di avere molti pi\u00f9 stimoli e possibilit\u00e0 di variazioni rispetto all\u2019allenamento al chiuso. Puoi decidere di cambiare e variare il percorso, praticarlo facilmente in qualsiasi localit\u00e0 e senza restrizioni, non avendo un abbonamento da consumare o un luogo e fasce orarie limitati e limitanti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nonostante il percorso outdoor sia di per s\u00e9 gi\u00e0 performante, hai anche la possibilit\u00e0 di rendere il tuo allenamento pi\u00f9 interessante e dinamico. Le vie cittadine e i parchi mettono a disposizione attrezzi occasionali in grado di farti sperimentare nuove combinazioni di esercizi ed incrementare l\u2019efficacia dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 fisica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ti sar\u00e0 capitato spesso, tra una corsa e una camminata, di passare accanto ad una panchina oppure a una gradinata: hai mai pensato ad utilizzarle per variare e completare il tuo allenamento?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Devi sapere che possono trasformarsi in attrezzi alternativi e basi d\u2019appoggio per diversi esercizi che potrai alternare per realizzare delle routine sempre differenti e stimolanti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mentre riprendi fiato dalla corsa appena conclusa, puoi dirigerti verso una panchina e terminare la tua sessione outdoor con il sempre pi\u00f9 in voga <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bench workout<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (traducibile come \u201callenamento con panchina\u201d) composto da una serie di esercizi che ne sfruttano la forma e la stabilit\u00e0. Ideale come base per gli squat e per i piegamenti sulle braccia; da utilizzare come piano per gli addominali oppure come step per rafforzare le gambe. Una palestra a cielo aperto per tonificare e rafforzare tutto il corpo! Potrai eseguirlo preferendo una panchina &#8211; per un dislivello maggiore e per uno sforzo pi\u00f9 intenso &#8211; oppure un gradino pi\u00f9 basso &#8211; per un movimento pi\u00f9 agile e veloce. Scegli quale appoggio utilizzare in base alla tua capacit\u00e0 atletica e necessit\u00e0. Dunque procediamo:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Posizionati di fronte alla base che hai scelto e appoggia il piede destro sulla seduta della panchina o sul gradino davanti a te;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Con una spinta solleva la gamba sinistra e porta il ginocchio verso il petto, mantenendo addominali e glutei attivi;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Riporta la gamba sinistra in posizione di partenza e ripeti il movimento di salita e discesa per almeno 8 volte per lato.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante l\u2019esecuzione di questo esercizio \u00e8 fondamentale la stabilit\u00e0 dell\u2019appoggio e mantenere un buon equilibrio, in particolar modo su uno <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">step <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pi\u00f9 alto come quello proposto sulla panchina.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Dips: rafforzare le braccia con le distensioni\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dopo aver allenato gli arti inferiori puoi dedicarti alla parte superiore del corpo. Il secondo esercizio proposto prevede una serie di <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dips <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ovvero delle distensioni delle braccia in appoggio su una base, ideali per il rafforzamento dei tricipiti:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Siediti su una panchina o un gradino, sistema le mani accanto alle anche appoggiando bene i palmi alla superficie;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Porta in avanti le gambe e punta i talloni a terra;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Distendi le braccia, sposta il bacino oltre il bordo della seduta e, facendo forza sulle braccia, scendi verso il basso senza toccare terra per poi risalire.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esegui la sequenza per almeno 16 volte.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per intensificare l\u2019esercizio puoi aumentare la distanza tra le gambe e, in risalita, sollevare una gamba e toccare la caviglia con la mano opposta, lavorando cos\u00ec anche sulla parte centrale del corpo \u2013 il <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">core<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Addominali con ginocchia al petto<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Completa questa routine all\u2019aperto con un esercizio dedicato agli addominali. Potrai eseguirlo preferendo una panchina &#8211; per un dislivello maggiore e per uno sforzo pi\u00f9 intenso &#8211; oppure un gradino pi\u00f9 basso &#8211; per un movimento pi\u00f9 agile e veloce. Scegli quale appoggio utilizzare in base alla tua capacit\u00e0 atletica e necessit\u00e0. Dunque procediamo:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Posizionati di fronte alla base che hai scelto e appoggia il piede destro sulla seduta della panchina o sul gradino davanti a te;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Con una spinta solleva la gamba sinistra e porta il ginocchio verso il petto, mantenendo addominali e glutei attivi;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Riporta la gamba sinistra in posizione di partenza e ripeti il movimento di salita e discesa per almeno 8 volte per lato.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante l\u2019esecuzione di questo esercizio \u00e8 fondamentale la stabilit\u00e0 dell\u2019appoggio e mantenere un buon equilibrio, in particolar modo su uno <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">step <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pi\u00f9 alto come quello proposto sulla panchina.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Dips: rafforzare le braccia con le distensioni\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dopo aver allenato gli arti inferiori puoi dedicarti alla parte superiore del corpo.
