Scoprirai che bastano 5 minuti per riattivare il microcircolo e liberarti di quella fastidiosa sensazione di indolenzimento e gonfiore.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Cause e rimedi a gambe gonfie e dolenti<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quando si parla di microcircolo s\u2019intende quella parte di circolazione del sangue che avviene tramite i vasi sanguigni di dimensioni ridotte &#8211; come capillari e venule &#8211; che contribuiscono in modo importante ad eliminare sostanze di scarto dall\u2019organismo, sostenere il sistema immunitario, drenare i liquidi extracellulari e garantire una corretta ossigenazione, oltre a trasportare ormoni e sostanze nutrienti ai tessuti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avendo l\u2019importante compito drenante, se l\u2019afflusso e il deflusso del sangue non avviene in modo regolare e continuo si va incontro ad una accumulo di liquidi che portano a gonfiore e indolenzimento agli arti inferiori.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tra i fattori pi\u00f9 comuni che portano ad un malfunzionamento o rallentamento della funzionalit\u00e0 del sistema microcircolatorio troviamo:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Permanere a lungo tempo in una posizione statica e\/o scorretta;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sedentariet\u00e0;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indossare indumenti troppo stretti;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abitudini alimentari non adeguate;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fumo e alcol;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et\u00e0;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stress e insonnia;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Patologie croniche e assunzione di farmaci;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Condizioni climatiche.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I sintomi di una cattiva circolazione sono spesso percepibili nelle estremit\u00e0 del corpo, con mani e piedi freddi, oltre a formicolii e crampi frequenti e persistenti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Altri segnali indice di una problematica in atto sono:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Mal di testa e capogiri;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Prurito agli arti superiori e inferiori;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Lividi sulle gambe;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Vene varicose;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Indebolimento di capelli e unghie;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Perdita delle forze.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 fondamentale non trascurare i campanelli d\u2019allarme e agire quanto prima possibile per migliorare e ripristinare il naturale benessere del sistema circolatorio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anche a scopo preventivo, prova a migliorare il tuo stile di vita e a correggere le tue abituali posizioni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se trascorri molto tempo su una sedia o in piedi, ricorda di muovere spesso le gambe per favorire una corretta affluenza del sangue. Allungale ogni 10\/15 minuti e fai qualche passo; la sensazione di benessere e sollievo sar\u00e0 immediata.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenere le gambe accavallate &#8211; per quanto possa essere una posizione comoda e spesso spontanea &#8211; non d\u00e0 modo al sangue di fluire correttamente, portando a gonfiore e indolenzimento, oltre a creare problematiche alle ginocchia e all\u2019intera colonna vertebrale; dalla zona lombare fino al collo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sostieni il tuo corpo e supporta il microcircolo attraverso una corretta alimentazione. Mantieni sotto controllo il tuo peso e anche la tua salute optando per una dieta sana e varia, nella quale non dovranno mancare gli alimenti ricchi di vitamina C (come gli alimenti rossi e viola) alleati della circolazione. Evita l\u2019eccesso di sale, i cibi fritti, alcol e caff\u00e8.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nemica indiscussa dell\u2019insufficienza venosa \u00e8 la sedentariet\u00e0! Mantieni il tuo corpo attivo camminando a ritmo sostenuto per almeno 30 minuti ogni giorno. Seguici nell&#8217;esecuzione:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posizionati in piedi con le caviglie in linea con le spalle;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Immaginando di sederti su una sedia lontana e bassa, piega le gambe portando indietro i glutei e scendendo fino a superare la linea delle ginocchia. Durante la discesa porta le braccia in avanti, facendo incontrare le mani al centro e mantieni i piedi ben saldi a terra;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sollevati verso l&#8217;alto e termina la risalita posizionandosi sulla punta dei piedi, con le braccia tese lungo i fianchi.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continua la tua routine con l&#8217;esercizio <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">skater, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ovvero &#8220;pattinatore&#8221;. Eseguilo cos\u00ec:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posizionati in piedi sostenendo il peso del corpo sulla gamba sinistra;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una volta trovato l&#8217;equilibrio, sposta la gamba destra dietro a quella in appoggio e tocca il pavimento con l&#8217;avampiede;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In modo repentino effettua un balzo a sinistra per invertire i ruoli, posizionando cos\u00ec la gamba destra in completo appoggio e la gamba sinistra incrociata dietro di essa.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con uno spostamento fluido salta da un lato all&#8217;altro per interscambiare le posizioni, ricordando &#8211; anche con le braccia &#8211; il movimento del pattinatore.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si chiude questa prima routine dedicata al microcircolo con una variante del <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">plank:<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sistemati a terra, preferibilmente su un tappetino, con le braccia tese in linea sotto le spalle e le gambe allungate indietro;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avvicina il piede sinistro al polso posizionandolo accanto ed esternamente;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con un balzo distendi la gamba sinistra indietro e contemporaneamente porta il piede destro accanto al polso destro.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esegui la sequenza di esercizi in modo veloce e ritmato per 30 secondi con un recupero di 30 secondi tra ciascuna tipologia e ripeti l&#8217;intera routine per 3 volte.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Routine 2: riattivare il microcircolo con 3 esercizi a terra<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questa seconda routine \u00e8 ideale da alternare a quella precedente.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anche questa proposta \u00e8 composta da 3 esercizi, con la differenza che l&#8217;intera routine \u00e8 svolta a terra.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quindi, sistema un comodo tappetino sul pavimento o, se preferisci, allenati su un bel manto erboso.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si incomincia cos\u00ec, con l&#8217;esercizio che prevede la ricreazione di un <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ponte con i glutei e gamba incrociata<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Distenditi a terra con le gambe piegate ed i piedi aderenti al pavimento;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incrocia una gamba su quella opposta, posizionando la caviglia appena al di sotto del ginocchio;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le braccia sono distese con i palmi rivolti verso terra;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spingi sulla gamba in appoggio e solleva il bacino verso l&#8217;alto. Seguici nell&#8217;esecuzione:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posizionati in piedi con le caviglie in linea con le spalle;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Immaginando di sederti su una sedia lontana e bassa, piega le gambe portando indietro i glutei e scendendo fino a superare la linea delle ginocchia. Durante la discesa porta le braccia in avanti, facendo incontrare le mani al centro e mantieni i piedi ben saldi a terra;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sollevati verso l&#8217;alto e termina la risalita posizionandosi sulla punta dei piedi, con le braccia tese lungo i fianchi.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continua la tua routine con l&#8217;esercizio <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>skater<\/strong>, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ovvero &#8220;pattinatore&#8221;. Eseguilo cos\u00ec:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posizionati in piedi sostenendo il peso del corpo sulla gamba sinistra;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una volta trovato l&#8217;equilibrio, sposta la gamba destra dietro a quella in appoggio e tocca il pavimento con l&#8217;avampiede;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In modo repentino effettua un balzo a sinistra per invertire i ruoli, posizionando cos\u00ec la gamba destra in completo appoggio e la gamba sinistra incrociata dietro di essa.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con uno spostamento fluido salta da un lato all&#8217;altro per interscambiare le posizioni, ricordando &#8211; anche con le braccia &#8211; il movimento del pattinatore.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si chiude questa prima routine dedicata al microcircolo con una <strong>variante del <\/strong><\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>plank<\/strong>:<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sistemati a terra, preferibilmente su un tappetino, con le braccia tese in linea sotto le spalle e le gambe allungate indietro;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avvicina il piede sinistro al polso posizionandolo accanto ed esternamente;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con un balzo distendi la gamba sinistra indietro e contemporaneamente porta il piede destro accanto al polso destro.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esegui la sequenza di esercizi in modo veloce e ritmato per 30 secondi con un recupero di 30 secondi tra ciascuna tipologia e ripeti l&#8217;intera routine per 3 volte. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Routine 2: riattivare il microcircolo con 3 esercizi a terra<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questa seconda routine \u00e8 ideale da alternare a quella precedente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anche questa proposta \u00e8 composta da 3 esercizi, con la differenza che l&#8217;intera routine \u00e8 svolta a terra.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quindi, sistema un comodo tappetino sul pavimento o, se preferisci, allenati su un bel manto erboso.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si incomincia con\u00a0 un esercizio che prevede la ricreazione di un <\/span><strong><i>ponte con i glutei e gamba incrociata<\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Distenditi a terra con le gambe piegate ed i piedi aderenti al pavimento;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incrocia una gamba su quella opposta, posizionando la caviglia appena al di sotto del ginocchio;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le braccia sono distese con i palmi rivolti verso terra;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spingi sulla gamba in appoggio e solleva il bacino verso l&#8217;alto.
