Scopriamolo insieme.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>L\u2019importanza delle andature nella corsa<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">andature<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u2019intende una serie di esercizi a corpo libero che prendono spunto dall\u2019atletica, grazie ai quali \u00e8 possibile scomporre le fasi<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> della corsa, permettendo di lavorare in maniera specifica su ogni movimento<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Sono utili per incrementare e stimolare capacit\u00e0 come cvoordinazione, velocit\u00e0, mobilit\u00e0, forza, propriocezione e resistenza e sono consigliati durante l&#8217;allenamento di attivit\u00e0 dinamiche.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gli esercizi proposti possono essere saltelli, balzi, camminate o affondi compiuti con movimenti controllati volti ad ottimizzare la tecnica di corsa e migliorare i gesti atletici.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Troppo spesso, infatti, si crede che correre sia a tutti gli effetti un\u2019azione molto semplice e cos\u00ec naturale che chiunque sia in grado di farlo. Eseguiamole insieme!<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Camminata sui talloni e camminata sulle punte<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per l\u2019esecuzione del primo esercizio solleva le punte dei piedi, spostando il peso del corpo sui talloni. Prova a simulare una camminata sul posto oscillando le braccia in modo naturale oppure ponendole dietro la nuca.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ora, al contrario, sposta il peso del corpo sull\u2019avampiede, sollevando i talloni, e cammina sul posto. Per agevolare la corretta postura puoi <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">distendere le braccia verso l\u2019alto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esegui queste due andature &#8211; ideali per allenare la propriocezione &#8211; per 20 secondi ciascuna con un recupero di 20 secondi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Skip a ginocchia alte e skip a ginocchia basse<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simula una corsa piuttosto veloce sul posto portando in alto le ginocchia fino a formare un angolo di 90\u00b0 tra coscia e busto. Le braccia seguono il movimento in modo naturale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fai attenzione a non retrocedere col busto e cerca di lavorare esclusivamente con l\u2019avampiede.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019esercizio successivo prevede una corsa sul posto con le ginocchia basse che rendono il movimento pi\u00f9 veloce del precedente. Durante l\u2019esecuzione le braccia sono statiche, posizionate frontalmente con le mani unite al centro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ricorda di mantenere sempre l\u2019addome attivo e di cercare l\u2019appoggio dell\u2019avampiede. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questi due esercizi sono utili per s<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ensibilizzare la flessione dell\u2019arto in volo e\u00a0 contemporaneamente l\u2019estensione di quello in spinta, oltre ad incrementare la coordinazione di arti superiori ed inferiori. Sono utili per incrementare e stimolare capacit\u00e0 come coordinazione, velocit\u00e0, mobilit\u00e0, forza, propriocezione e resistenza e sono consigliati durante l&#8217;allenamento di attivit\u00e0 dinamiche.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gli esercizi proposti possono essere saltelli, balzi, camminate o affondi compiuti con movimenti controllati volti ad ottimizzare la tecnica di corsa e migliorare i gesti atletici.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Troppo spesso, infatti, si crede che correre sia a tutti gli effetti un\u2019azione molto semplice e cos\u00ec naturale che chiunque sia in grado di farlo. Eseguiamole insieme!<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Camminata sui talloni e camminata sulle punte<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per l\u2019esecuzione del primo esercizio solleva le punte dei piedi, spostando il peso del corpo sui talloni. Prova a simulare una camminata sul posto oscillando le braccia in modo naturale oppure ponendole dietro la nuca.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ora, al contrario, sposta il peso del corpo sull\u2019avampiede, sollevando i talloni, e cammina sul posto. Per agevolare la corretta postura puoi <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">distendere le braccia verso l\u2019alto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esegui queste due andature &#8211; ideali per allenare la propriocezione &#8211; per 20 secondi ciascuna con un recupero di 20 secondi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Skip a ginocchia alte e skip a ginocchia basse<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simula una corsa piuttosto veloce sul posto portando in alto le ginocchia fino a formare un angolo di 90\u00b0 tra coscia e busto. Le braccia seguono il movimento in modo naturale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fai attenzione a non retrocedere col busto e cerca di lavorare esclusivamente con l\u2019avampiede.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019esercizio successivo prevede una corsa sul posto con le ginocchia basse che rendono il movimento pi\u00f9 veloce del precedente. Durante l\u2019esecuzione le braccia sono statiche, posizionate frontalmente con le mani unite al centro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ricorda di mantenere sempre l\u2019addome attivo e di cercare l\u2019appoggio dell\u2019avampiede. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questi due esercizi sono utili per s<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ensibilizzare la flessione dell\u2019arto in volo e\u00a0 contemporaneamente l\u2019estensione di quello in spinta, oltre ad incrementare la coordinazione di arti superiori ed inferiori.
