eseguite una dietro l\u2019altra in modo armonioso e con una respirazione controllata e sincronizzata. La teoria vuole che sia praticata al sorgere del sole per coglierne i benefici in modo ottimale, tuttavia \u00e8 molto utile da eseguire in qualsiasi momento del mattino rivolgendosi al sole, preferibilmente a stomaco vuoto e all\u2019aperto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Come anticipato, la routine deve essere accompagnata da respiri controllati e in armonia con i movimenti, in modo da assecondarli e riattivare pi\u00f9 efficacemente l\u2019organismo e la concentrazione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dedicando il giusto tempo alle singole posizioni &#8211; eseguendole lentamente e con consapevolezza &#8211; si offre al corpo e alla mente la possibilit\u00e0 di attivarsi gradualmente e di assimilarne pi\u00f9 profondamente i benefici energetici e fisiologici. Preparati portando i piedi in linea con le anche &#8211; ben saldi a terra- eliminando leggermente la curva lombare, spingendo verso il basso il coccige, abbassando le spalle e sistemando le braccia lungo i fianchi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Procedi con il primo <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">asana<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la posizione della montagna, per poi continuare con armonia l\u2019esecuzione del Saluto al Sole:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inspira e distendi le braccia verso l\u2019alto. Solleva lo sguardo ed unisci i palmi delle mani al centro, sopra la testa;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Espira e scendi con le mani, toccando terra. Espelli tutta l\u2019aria e prova ad avvicinare il capo alle ginocchia;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inspira, posiziona le mani esattamente sotto le ginocchia e allunga bene la colonna vertebrale, volgendo lo sguardo verso il basso;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Espirando fletti leggermente le ginocchia, appoggia le mani a terra e con un passo allunga indietro prima la gamba sinistra e poi quella destra, sorreggendoti sulle braccia tese;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da questa posizione puoi decidere se portare le ginocchia a terra e avvicinare il petto al pavimento oppure flettere le braccia e portare il petto al pavimento mantenendo le gambe tese;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inspira e solleva il busto, aprendo bene il petto e volgendo lo sguardo verso il cielo. Distendi le braccia e prova a staccare le cosce da terra;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Espirando, punta i piedi e spingi i palmi verso l\u2019alto formando una \u201cV\u201d rovesciata. Lo sguardo \u00e8 rivolto alle ginocchia e le spalle ben lontane dalle orecchie.
