Una giusta alimentazione si basa nel variare la scelta degli alimenti nella propria dieta, consumando ciascun cibo secondo le adeguate porzioni e frequenze, seguendo la stagionalit\u00e0 e senza eliminare o evitare di propria iniziativa nessun\/alcun alimento. Una dieta varia contribuisce a costruire, rafforzare, mantenere il corpo in salute e a fornire l\u2019energia quotidiana, indispensabile al buon funzionamento dell\u2019organismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se mangi bene, variando ogni giorno la scelta degli alimenti \u00e8 pi\u00f9 probabile che assumerai nelle giuste quantit\u00e0 tutti i nutrienti di cui l&#8217;organismo ha bisogno, evitando cos\u00ec carenze nutrizionali. Una scorretta alimentazione, infatti, pu\u00f2 essere causa di sovrappeso e obesit\u00e0, che a sua volta \u00e8 un fattore di rischio per lo sviluppo di molte malattie croniche come il diabete di tipo 2, l\u2019ipertensione, le malattie metaboliche ecc.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Prenditi cura di te con un\u2019alimentazione equilibrata e completa<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un\u2019alimentazione sana ed equilibrata dovrebbe includere ogni giorno nella tua tavola, tutti i principali gruppi di alimenti come la frutta e le verdure, entrambe fonte importante di vitamine (come la vitamina A, la vitamina C e l\u2019acido folico); contengono minerali essenziali per l&#8217;organismo (come, ad esempio il potassio), sono ricche di antiossidanti, poco caloriche e povere in grassi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c8 importante ricordare che l<strong>a frutta e la verdura fresca e di stagione sono molto pi\u00f9 economiche<\/strong>, hanno pi\u00f9 nutrienti e sono pi\u00f9 gustose!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In una dieta equilibrata devi consumare quotidianamente anche <strong>alimenti ricchi di amido<\/strong>, come i cereali, il pane, la pasta e le patate che hanno un alto valore energetico, ma non contengono elevate quantit\u00e0 di grassi. Questi alimenti, contengono I carboidrati complessi contenuti in tali alimenti, infatti, a differenza di quelli semplici presenti ad esempio nelle bevande e nei cibi zuccherati, forniscono energia che il corpo utilizza gradualmente,\u00a0 evitando cos\u00ec carichi eccessivi di energia che, se non utilizzata, possono portare un eventuale aumento del peso.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consuma latte e derivati la cui funzione principale \u00e8 fornire calcio in forma altamente assorbibile e utilizzabile dall\u2019organismo; il calcio \u00e8 essenziale per la crescita e la salute delle ossa, per la contrazione muscolare, per la coagulazione del sangue, ecc. Rispetto ai formaggi stagionati, prediligi quelli freschi e a basso contenuto di grassi, facendo attenzione comunque a farne un uso moderato; non pi\u00f9 di un paio di porzioni a settimana.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Altri alimenti che non devono mancare nella tua tavola sono le <strong>varie fonti proteiche assunte dal pesce, dalla carne e dalle uova, che forniscono proteine di alta qualit\u00e0<\/strong>. Il pesce, soprattutto quello azzurro (come merluzzo, acciughe, sardine, sgombri) ha, inoltre, un effetto protettivo dovuto al tipo di grassi contenuti (gli omega-3) che riducono il rischio di malattie cardiovascolari. Il pesce si raccomanda di mangiarlo sia fresco che surgelato almeno 2-3 volte a settimana, le uova da 1 a 4 volte, mentre la carne bianca, come ad esempio il pollo, il tacchino o il coniglio solo 2 volte a settimana. \u00c8 consigliato il consumo sporadico di carni rosse (come il manzo), affettati e salumi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c8 preferibile la cottura alla griglia, alla piastra o al vapore, limitando l\u2019uso di salse ricche di grassi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Importantissimi nella tua alimentazione sono anche il <strong>consumo dei legumi,<\/strong> un\u2019ottima fonte di proteine vegetali, di fibre, di sali minerali e di ferro; hanno pochi grassi e bisognerebbe consumarne 2-3 porzioni a settimana. Se non gradisci consumare i legumi interi, puoi anche utilizzare la pasta di farina di legumi, come ad esempio la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.felicia.it\/it\/shop\/felicia-fusilli-di-ceci.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pasta di ceci bio di Felicia<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, che fornisce il giusto apporto di carboidrati e proteine, ha poche calorie ed \u00e8 molto saziante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rientrano poi nel consumo giornaliero i grassi, assunti da 2-3 cucchiai al giorno di olio extravergine di oliva a crudo e dalla frutta secca (noci, mandorle, pistacchi, ecc..). I grassi, oltre a fornire energia, svolgono complesse funzioni a livello cellulare e sono parte integrante dei fosfolipidi, del Colesterolo e di alcuni ormoni, oltre ad essere i principali veicoli delle vitamine liposolubili A,D,E,K.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Meno sale, pi\u00f9 acqua<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non bisogna eccedere nell\u2019uso del sale, perch\u00e9 un consumo eccessivo favorisce l\u2019ipertensione e le malattie cardiovascolari. Meglio quindi ridurre il sale aggiunto agli alimenti sia durante la cottura che prima del consumo, sostituendolo magari con spezie ed erbe aromatiche (aglio, cipolla, basilico, origano, prezzemolo, ecc..).
