Un esempio? <\/span><b>Fare la doccia con gli occhi chiusi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solitamente \u00e8 la vista il senso pi\u00f9 utilizzato per captare e capire le situazioni: se provi a farne a meno scoprirai che ci sono cos\u00ec tanti stimoli per la mente in un\u2019attivit\u00e0 cos\u00ec semplice!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concentrati sulle sensazioni tattili date dall\u2019acqua e dalla spugna, percepisci gli odori che provengono dal sapone e il rumore dell\u2019acqua vicino alle tue orecchie. Attiva e focalizzati sui tuoi sensi e su quelle sensazioni che non noti normalmente perch\u00e9 spesso di fretta e totalmente catturati dai costanti pensieri e dal ticchettio dell\u2019orologio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ricorda alla tua persona sensazioni semplici! Scoprirai che \u00e8 un ottimo esercizio per la memoria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chiudere gli occhi d\u00e0 la possibilit\u00e0 di amplificare le potenzialit\u00e0 e le percezioni di tatto, olfatto, udito e gusto, sperimentando una nuova versione di attivit\u00e0 quotidiane semplici e scontate, come fare la doccia appunto; ma anche il giardinaggio grazie alla terra, ai fiori e all\u2019aria aperta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un altro interessante metodo per allenare la mente e ottimizzare la memoria \u00e8 <\/span><b>scrivere con la mano non dominante<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ti sembrer\u00e0 strano e i primi tentativi non saranno sicuramente semplici, creando delle vere opere d\u2019arte alla Picasso. Il nostro consiglio \u00e8 di avere pazienza e perseverare in questa utilissima attivit\u00e0.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prova ogni tanto a scrivere (a mano, non a computer) con la mano \u201cscarsa\u201d, stimolando nel tuo cervello le cosiddette attivit\u00e0 sinaptiche. Le sinapsi sono strutture che permettono la comunicazione fra le cellule nervose, normalmente poco utilizzate. Imparare ad utilizzare il lato non dominante favorir\u00e0 la connessione dei due emisferi celebrali, migliorando creativit\u00e0, consapevolezza cognitiva e memoria visiva. Sar\u00e0 anche un ottimo esercizio per stimolare la concentrazione e perfezionare l\u2019ortografia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il terzo metodo \u00e8 emotivamente molto impattante e la memoria sar\u00e0 notevolmente messa alla prova.
